As a new hire you are required to complete this electronic version of the 2020 W4 Federal Tax Withholding Form. After completion, you will need to print out the form and turn it into our office either via postal service or you can deliver to our office. If you choose to deliver to our office please contact us for instructions. All other forms on the New Hire site will automatically send to Direct & Correct Inc for your personnel file.
